Happened to me and my m8s when we were out last year. I went off coarse and made nice jumps over some days and some ski patrol guy came down from no where, put his skis infront of the jump told us not to do anything and wait and went off, he came back and we were watching him from a distance as he frantically looked for his skis :) we buried his skis 6ft away from him which was hilarious XD

@TheBmxAlien I'm actually going to take offense to that son. I've just dropped 350$ into my training and a 120 hour course. Of my own time and my own money so I can save little pricks like you. We get angry when you pose a threat to the other skiing public. Play in the park or go to another resort. I don't care if you hurt yourself. I care about the people that aren't excepting to hit a jump and get hurt. If that was me or my kid. I'd own your home/car and everything in it.
