Recipe: http://www.healthyveganrecipes.net/video/swiss-chard-recipe
I've used chard to make a vegetarian swiss chard recipe, because it is much easier to wrap than cabbage, and looks so pretty. Healthy vegetarian recipes with quinoa are always nice, and it does really well here with the asian flavors. This will work well with any grain though, so if you don't have quinoa you should still give it a try!

  • I really need to look for a woman like you. Its not easy finding a vegan women in my area. I'm sick of dealing with meat eaters lol

  • @UpFrontWith Yeah, it would be pretty difficult to plan and make meals together, I bet! I noticed that on the Veggie Boards there's a section on vegan dating... haven't checked it out cause I'm a married woman now, but you might want to take a look ;)

  • @ShaunieceCooks no prob, let me know how it goes!!

  • just a suggestion... can you do like a vegan lunch for school cause I'm high school and having a hard time finding healthy vegan stuff thats easy to make and bring in my lunch box :]

  • @RAINBOWTELEPHONES Thanks for the suggestion! I'm not planning any lunch videos any time soon, but until then my suggestion would be to try out the hummus, black bean dip or guacamole recipes and use some in a pita, sandwich or wrap with a bunch of veggies. Easy, quick, delicious and very healthy!!
