Didn't know stabling a wall to make ladders was a thief technique. Then again, I've never been a proffesional thief(Nor an ametur one for that matter) so there's probably a number of trade secrets I'm not privy to.

Not sure if you've realized this but the girl you call, "Skull Butt" is actually a waitress. The game just has her apron tied around her back in a bow, so the skull is just the two loops of the bow and the strings from the bottom.
