Neil deGrasse Tyson, astrophysicist, speaks at McMenamin's Bagdad Theater in Portland Oregon on September 22, 2009. The event was sponsored by the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI) as part of the Science Pub series. An audience member asks Mr. deGrasse Tyson what advice he would give to public school science educators. He responds with a rant on the education system in America and how the system has eviscerated all the passion, beauty, and joy out of learning.
