lol! Personally, I found her quite offensive. I think most people are put off by this type of sales approach, and I would never have hired her as my real estate agent.

Julie - Your comments are humorous. There is an old saying that when two people say you are drunk , to sit down, It's time you sat down as you look at all the comments on this video and see that we aren't fools. This approach would truly get you thrown out of any house. But for those of us that have established strong client bases over the years we would never have to resort to these tactics of talking down to people to sell anything. But we can tell she excites you so go get 'em.

@clevetidwell She nets a million a year. What do you net?

To all the haters, Monica Diaz buys and sells fools like you daily. She's an amazing agent who would run circles around any of you so wise up.

Just sighn the fucking contract ! :DD

Cant believe this is serious. Please tell me this is a spoof or what not to do in a listing presentation. At least it taught me what not to do.

She must be a sales trainer that has never sold, some good technics but she is making them out to be fools. This was technics of the 70; and 80 and some very good but her delivery was horrible , not a trust builder, nope she would have been thrown a long time ago. We you don't answer the clients question you make a big mistake, basically telling them you are not listenin gor don't care about their question. Nothing personal about this presentation, very cold and fakey.
Good job at isolating the objection to commission, so that she can focus on that area only, but I feel she lost the clients in this area. She could have handled it much better and as much as I can appreciate a 7% commission, I don't think there is an agent out there who would walk away or lose a 6% opportunity on a $750,000 property.
If this was not a role play scenario, this agent probably would not have been given the listing
Several comments to the clients that I feel underminded them.

7% commission...Ridiculous. What a pushy littly agent. "Allow me to apologize".. If that guy, I would just say, no...you don't have to apolgize. Please go home now. (no get up from the table and show her the front door)...
