Epic track off the 1983 album "Eliminator". I used only a touch of delay as opposed to the heavier delay on the recording to keep it more defined and clear. I am trying to be accurate here but the real challenge was to hit the dozen or so artificial harmonics in the same spots that Billy hits his throughout the song. I used my '93 EBMM EVH in the bridge pos.and Peavey JSX with a Boss digital delay. Thanks for watching.

  • Simply awesome braddah. You nailed it.

  • @casualguy393 thanks alot brother -

  • @DirtySteve232 You are welcome. I favorited it because I (1) think its awesome, and (2) I am a beginner player, and hope to learn this song as well.

  • @casualguy393 right on man - you can learn it...just keep at it and be patient with yourself...you'll get there.

  • Dude.. You kick ass bro. THAT was AWESOME!! I got Eliminator for my 16th birthday after already been listening to AFTERBURNER for a time, & this was definitely one of the stand-out tracks of the album. I used to put his album on through my headphones when I went to bed..I will admit that I stumbled across this video quite by accident, but you had me from the start dude.. U see I've ALWAYS appreciated good music & have only JUST bought my first guitar at the age of 35 but, if I could even get to

  • @DougyG76 Hey thanks for the very kind words brother. Billy G is one of the reasons why I started playing guitar. I've been a fan since I was kid myself. Years later and he is still an inspiration. But - Congrats on your first guitar man!! Never too late to start and it's easier than ever to learn with all the media out there. Just be patient with yourself, try to keep at it and stay tuned for more of my vids as well - I have alot coming this year.
