I can see that but your interpretation of this piece is how i feel Bach would have played it. Bachs works can be interpretted in many ways And unless you feel it it can be ruined. Its only my feelings my friend but this is the closest thing i can find to perfection for this particular piece ( hence the Crossroad comparisson) I was not being flippant just an observation. But the flow, timing, pauses have taken hours of practice. Glen Goulds version lacks your subtlety friend.

@debrucey i think he is referring to the legend of guitarist robert johnson being told to take his guitar to the crossroads at midnight. they say and met the devil who gave him mastery over the instrument in exchange for his soul. in short, he means you kick ass. there is a badass movie called 'crossroads' with ralph maccio that is basically about this in modern day.
