Sensory Needs Forum Tuesday 23 November, 6-8pm

Camden Council's next Sensory Needs Forum meeting will take place on Tuesday 23 November, 6-8pm at Charlie Ratchford Centre in Belmont Street,NW1 8HF.

This meeting is about training Camden's Customer Services staff. The council wants to know what it needs to take into account when designing staff training. How can staff training help to improve its response to d/Deaf customers.

Communication support will be provided at the meeting.

Councillor Larraine Revah is the chair of the meeting. Senior staff from the council's Customer Services will be taking part.
