My 4.5 inch oscar gets his first taste of live food. I've had him since he was 2.5 inches 7 weeks ago.

you shouldnt feed them roaches because they make em sick feedem minows or other insects like worms or crickets or spiders

Haha. I love when they try it, spit it out, do that a fwe times and eventually eat it!! :)

careful you don't overfeed it. 3 feeders is a bit much for a baby.

the first day i got mine, it was about 2.5 inches and it ate 3 feeder fish within the first hour
