Yeah... All female performers wearing skirts/dresses have dance shorts underneath. That's why its not a big deal in Korea, whereas in America, everyone screams and calls sluts when they see any form of underwear when its not even underwear. I remember ppl making a big deal about hyuna's dress and I understand completely! I mean, I would too, geez!
