Hey dude, I don't mean to be a cock but that is my favourite song of all time and while I admire you for learning it ( I haven't! ) there is something either not quite right with the tuning or your method. The original is definately not the same as what your playing,

Theres nothingwrong with earning a living teaching people to play, iif people are willing to pay for a service this guy provides thats between the parties involved. Its called free market economics. He supposed to give his time for free
