  • I've always loved his playing from the Bill Evans recordings, but i didn't know he was so handsome and elegant to watch. He's one of those guys, like Ray Brown, that embodies the instrument by like being physically one with it when he plays.

  • This couldn't be 1962. Scott LaFaro died in an accident on July 6, 1961
