  • @ Sadego....it's called functional strength man, functional as in not that boring 2dimensional shizo you'll no doubt (if at all?) do down your fluffy-comm leisure/pleasure; don't hate, just admire....their strong conditioned athletes who do this everyday!!

    It's interesting that you say that considering the greatest chiropractor who has ever lived is actually against any form of artificial exercise, mostly weight lifting. Weight lifting without a large amount of careful considerations can be absolutely deadly to an individual, and wrong types of exercise can easily lead to serious heart problems. Not to mention the muscle imbalances that severely decrease performance and increase risk of injury.

    I also don't read magazines...
