http://www.ntv.co.ke Efforts by the coalition government to reach consensus on the draft constitution seemed headed to a dead end today as the coalition partners PNU and ODM pulled apart yet again. An ODM representative in the bi-party technical committee talks Miguna Miguna walked out of the meeting today as PNU pushed for a stronger Presidency.
if they sat down and approved the draft, why the wrangling. if anything they should be debating other clauses in the draft which actually help Kenyans

When the Constitution is subjected to a referendum I will vote NO, unless Article 1 in the Constitution reads: 1 The dignity of man and woman is inviolable. To respect and protect it is the duty of all state authority. (2) The Kenyan people therefore acknowledge inviolable and inalienable human rights as the basis of every community, of peace and of justice in the world. (3) These human basic rights bind the legislature, the executive and the judiciary as directly enforceable law.

sick bastards all of them. power is all they care about. what if PNU has the PM next time and ODM the presidency, will they then shift positions?
This draft should be about Kenya and Kenyans and not abt PNU and ODM.
