Actually, the max lvl doesnt matter because you will get bored before you hit lvl 140. And if you didnt knew 2moons not exist anymore. Now more it is dekaron EU.

dekaron is way better then 2moons because dekaron has the aloken class and 2moons doesnt o and dekaron you can go up to level 190 and 2moons its 180
