No its not fake. I'm Jamaican and that's how we speak. Which ever parish we come from we have a slightly different way of speaking the creole. He's 100% Jamaican.

its real Jamaican accent..... he doesn't live in Jamaica anymore so naturally his accent will not be a 100% because again he doesn't live there no more where people use patois fluently.
