What are you doing being smart in your assessement of this conversation?
A concept, was criticized and put up against the ropes, it was up to the defendant of that idea to get it back to the middle of the ring.

Well said.. Same Reason why Seq Cap placed Eric as Googles, CEO.. When have you seen Larry Paige on any national network... Only Eric for a reason. Klouts investors are going to be surprised when the VC money dries up and no revenue streams in sight.

Actually it shows how unstable the actual code is. Raving Fans for example has more revenues by far than Klout and we do not "Rank" our Fans we PAY THEM with real money. FB/ravingfan

Value as a human? She's the one building it up into something it's not.

As I watched this interview, I noticed something different from most interviews I see and hear on TV. Alexia did not interrupt or talk over Joe. She took the time to llisten carefully, even when the answers were long. She expressed her criticisms directly, and did not rely on ad hominem attacks. It offered a human look behind the scenes that was better than if she had no opinions about Klout. There was a wry humor in the interview, and genuine warmth at the end when Loic appeared.

TechCrunch has always made its own rules. It's both good and bad. In this case, it's an interesting video but it wasn't exactly valuable and somewhat disrespectful. She also is very ignorant if she thinks no one cares about Klout score. Sorry Alexia, but if anything, I think there's an overuse and abuse of the Klout score among marketing and PR circles. And here's why: There's a big need to identify influencers. Klout is not perfect but it's ahead of other options and people like that.
