@linkite7 It was a joke, most people I see believe the White Blood cells are the only thing that protects us and they're everywhere in the body.

@Deliphin11 Malaria is typically never found in the bloodstream where white blood cells have access to it. It's mostly inside a cell except when it's moving to another cell. That's why it's so difficult to develop a malaria vaccine.

@sswank3d Are you sure? My Microbiology teacher told me otherwise. She said it MAY be possible to spread Malaria from person to person by blood to blood contact or drug needles? Please correct me if I'm mistaken.

HIV is a very fragile virus that only binds to certain white blood cells in the human (cD4). It can't survive in the mosquito intestine.
