It's from Kanon 2006. It is not Kyon, it's Yuichi. They share the same voice actor.

@EpicVonepicness if i remember correctly, i think mion survived the fall, shion died after she stabbed keichii by falling off her apartment building, so the only possible way is that mion lived got out and killed keichii(which i dont see a reason why), really really confusing stuff
