5 years ago i had a bunch of people in my apt / recording studeo one guy was into old school R&B and me, "BBQWhore" him "Unique" and another guy "Crucial" all had headphones on so i throw on a simple beat and we all spontaneously start freestyling harmonys to it i hit the record butten and we continued this for several minutes then they left and i proceeded to cut it up, put it back together and added some additional stuff to it... it turned out to be more popular than i expected and more recently someone here requested i make a video for it and here it is. Appearing in this video is my son Frank Mitchell, ?Joke?, NYC, Sussex county NJ, and the NJ State fair
