Here is some of the gear that I have to choose from for a cool weather hike. These items would be used in conjunction wih the contents of my day pack and my survival kit / possibles pouch.

  • Good stuff man. Well done.

  • @rowdybeaver33 Thank you !

  • I clicked "Like" on the video to thank you for taking the time to share with us. BUT, I think that you should have a head light instead of a hand held. If the night catches you, you can make fire in the dark a lot easier. Also, you'll want a knife that is not serrated and has a flat back as your primary. youll need cordage, knife sharpener, d-tape, 2 lighters and a very small wrap of tinder fungus and greasewood for the "Oh my god its raining" situation, 2% iodine and 3 flares:) bullet proof!

  • @sagequan Thank you for the kind words. Most of the items you suggested are already in my day pack and survival kit/possibles pouch. Check out my "Day Pack Contents" video to see the headlamp. Remember that these are just a few things that I have to choose from, and they are (carry gear items). In other words, I'd have them on my person, so to speak. I still need to do a survival kit video, but it's been a work in progress, so stay tuned my friend. Thanks again for watching :-)

  • @2kargarage1 Thanks !

  • Nice

  • @janken919 Thank you my friend! Those hand warmers sound like a good idea. I might have to pick some up.

  • Well done! It's that time of the year to switch over from summer to winter. I take out my mosquito spray and net and replace it with about 4 - 7hour hand warmers, I'm also adding a hot water bottle this year!

  • @I3reakdown Thanks for watching. The knife on the left is made by Muela of Spain. Its their Military/Police model.
