A lovely day for a walking trip downtown Bergen, known for its many old wooden buildings (e.g. google "Bryggen", which is close to "Torvet" in the heart of the city).
Saturday May 3rd, 2008:
In the good weather this splendid day (avg. days with showers are 300 days/year), it is a pleasure to take the funicular up to Mount "Fløien" (ø-sounds close the "u" in fun).
You get an excellent view over the city and the surounding 7 mountains from Fløien.
Walking down the paths and roads from the top revards you in direct contact with the locals and a insight in the evergoing maintenance work to keep these old buildings in good shape.
Bring your children and let them the enjoy the "wild" nature or playground when walking downhill - a relaxed trip will only take approx. one hour.
The local people in and around Bergen are heading into the centre whenever there is good weather or the local football team "Brann" is playing - downtown can be quite crowded and fun to be to observe both locals and tourists these lovely days!
Many tourists find their way to the popular open air fishmarket - the cod in the video is a local one ;-).
Taped with Oregon Action Camera ATC-2K (sorry about the bad quality-but I would'nt get close'up of the cod otherwise :-)). My Canon IXUS 800is was used for the photos.
Nice shootin. What kind of cam is it ?

I used my Oregon Action Camera ATC-2K (bad quality, but watertight). Photos with Canon IXUS 800is.
