Chapter 2
Harmondsworth, Middlesex UK 8:30 AM
16 September, 2009

Michael is asleep on the couch by the front door of his flat in Meadowlea Close. He falls off the couch as he hears the telephone ring in the hallway. He gets up and quickly goes to the phone and picks it up.
"Hello"?
"Hey mate, sorry for taking so long. What is it you needed? You sounded horrible on the phone". "Seamus, I've been waiting for you for 3 days to call, what the fuck took you so long"?
"Okay, I'm sorry, I couldn't call you because I couldn't use my phone".
"What?, oh never mind, Seamus you got to listen, Howard Vance and his goons are after me", "Howard Vance? What did you do to upset him"?
"I sold him to the filth okay". Now listen, you and I need to meet somewhere, we need to talk this out somewhere besides my home phone".
"Oh man, I'm sorry Michael I can't help you, I'm in a bit of a squeeze myself". You see I'm in Dublin, doing some business and lets just say there are people around here I would prefer to stay away from".
"Fuck Seamus, Dublin? What the fuck are you doing in Dub-. Oh no, Oh my god! Seamus you prick, your involved with the IRA aren't you?, You stupid bastard. Oh my god five must be all over the place. How could you do this to me Seamus".
"Hey! Michael I didn't know that you were going to sell out Vance okay. Besides I'm Irish, I can't sit around all day watching my brothers out there on the BBC fighting for the cause while I sit around on my ass drinking Guinness. Besides your the one who's out of line Michael".
"Me out of line?, Seamus, you have just joined an Irish terrorist organization for fuck sake".
"Hey, news flash Michael, the IRA is helping the Irish people get Ireland back, you selling out Vance to the filth was betraying all of your old friends".
"Oh you sound just like Thomas, you know that?, I did it because it was right. I don't want to be some gangster for the rest of my life. How do you expect me to ever settle down with Jane if I'm always going out doing criminal activity?" There's a long pause between the two of them.
"Alright Michael, I can't come to you, but I know a guy who can set you up with someone who can help you... His name is Mark. Mark Champion, he lives in Teddington. Have you heard of it?
"Yeah, it's about nine miles away from the flat. Where can I find him in Teddington?
"He works at a place called the Bar Estilo. It's on 44 Broad St. You can find out where he lives from the owner maybe".
"You don't know where he lives"?
"Not anymore. You see he's gone straight but he has kept in contact with all of his old contacts. Including the one guy who can help you". Now head over there tomorrow to that Bar Estilo place around lunch rush. You'll find him then, this way you don't have to hope the owner tells you where he lives, this would be better".
"How do I know when I've found him? I don't even know what he looks like. He's around 6' I guess, he has dark brown hair, he's white, and he'll have and eyebrow piercing on his left eyebrow, he relatively pale. I hope that's detailed enough for you".
"Yeah, that's fine". Bye Seamus.
"Bye mate". Oh wait, Michael one more thing".
"Yeah?"
"Stay safe, and good luck".
"You too Seamus, you too".
A brief silence and they both hang up.
