We believe Dasey would be a better match because they've been built up since season one, they have incredible chemistry, and have the perfect amount of similarities and differences. They balance each other out. And they've both proven time and time again that they care for one and other (Bully Brothers, Guess Who's Coming to Dinner, Home Movies.. etc), though they do their best to mask it every chance they get.

Yes, but a person can only give someone so many chances. It always seemed to me like Max would always screw up, and then worm his way back into her good graces after wards. My opinion of Max has nothing to do with Dasey or Ashley - I was pointing out, that Dasey have a chance because Ashley ships them personally. I respect your opinion, but I disagree. The only time I have ever liked Max was in Two Kisses One Party, and this was after he was no longer with her. JMO.

Max proves it by if there was a mistake made, he stands up for Casey or goes to the hospital. Yeah, Ashley can ship Dasey but it's not right that just cus the fans ship Dasey, Max is horrible. If other fans don't get opinions of liking other Casey ships, then I think fans shouldn't get rights to theirs. People just have different opinions and mine just is Max was a good boyfriend and not everyone can keep to high standards.

Because Max has proven himself to have been a bad boyfriend to Casey. Many would argue that Derek's prank pullings are signs of affection toward Casey. As for Disney, they only have syndication rights to the show. It belongs to Family Channel, who may or may not be for Dasey. Ashley Leggat herself does ship Dasey. Also, when has Max ever acted like he genuinely cares? And Derek likes Casey for who she is too. LOL glad you're enjoying the discussion shygirl08

If who's to say Derek would treat her better then who's to say Max isn't a good guy? Derek may care but it doesn't take away the pranks and tricks he's pulled on Casey. Built up since season one? I don't think it's gonna happen though cus Disney doesn't have step-siblings in relationships. Masking it is worse cus at least Max has acted like he cares and instead of keeping it a secret. Well, who's to say he'd still treat her that way if they ever became a couple? The main reason Derek even treats her terribly is because he doesn't want to let on that he cares. He has proven that he cares for her on more than one occasion. And Max may have went to the hospital, but not until after the party. Shouldn't he atleast have had a card prepared in advance? And no, I was referring to how Max treated her before she set anything up.
