  • With all due respect to dannywizz below you have no idea what you are talking about. I have the honor of working for Paula and have for 8 plus years. I defy you to find a more loyal work force than the one at Bama. There is a reason we have no union at Bama and don't want one...a union is what you need if you cannot trust management. We trust Paula, and the rest of those above us. Speaking for myself, I owe Paula more than I could ever repay, I would step in front of a truck for her.

  • With all respect to Paula but I think she should read sun tzu to understand reward and punishment. Or she should talk to Tony Robbins about pleasure and pain. Being too nice to your employees is a very dangerous practice, as well as being too hard on them can be. It's a YING YANG thing!!!
