Here is my review of Hohmer's Melodica.

As you all know, Hohner is famous for its harmonica's, but this instrument is just as fun to play. :D

  • u fuckin tart u didnt play it wataaaaaaaaaa reviewwwww

  • @PXVXX lmao. If you went to my channel, you'd see that I have a video of me playing the thing. Who's the tard now?

  • what is your opinion on the older ones that look more like a recorde with piano keys

  • @wiesje666 I personally haven't played one of those yet; but I'd assume they hold up a lot better than the one I currently own.

  • Nice review! Are they hard to play? :3

  • @TheSuperGamePuggBros I'll be doing a follow up to this review because I forgot to mention a few things about playing it. But no; it's not hard to play at all. You just need to have a little bit of lung power. :D Not so much as say flute or sax playing, but enough to get a sound out of it.

    Thanks for the comment, buddy!

  • I think you should have played the instrument - what good is a revue if you cannot hear the all important sound?

  • Nice review and thanks. I do NOT own a melodica. Have you ever played a duet/trio with a guitar or piano or some other TUNED instrument? I've heard melodicas do not play in tune with other instruments. There's a tendency to play sharp against instruments that need to be tuned. I don't know if it's a case of the melodica player overblowing or it's the "natural" tendency of the instrument. Your comments are needed. Thanks in advance. Greg

  • People don't care about the case nor the shoulder strap - they want to know how it sounds like. : /

  • this model often comes shipped out of tune and with a bad keybed, so buyers beware. this is truly a corner-cutting product. In order to get a reliable melodica, you have to shell out 100$
