The dance is called "Niederscherli Schottisch" after the village Niederscherli near Bern, but the tune is almost interesting. The second part is of DUTCH origin and goes back to the early 18thC seasong "Curacao, ik heb jou zo menigmaal bekeken". After a printing in Potsdam (1756) it became popular first in the New Federal States and then throughout Europe...
