1964....1965 not sure but it was in a town called Salaberry de Valleyfield in Québec were I still live that Joe came and did a superb and smashing show in front a bunch french canadian kids and about four buses full of english canadians from the suburbs of Montreal.......the place totaly exploded .

Wilmer and the Dukes (western NY fab band in the late 60's / early 70's) did this and brought the house down every time! fabulous song and done with the alto sax and gutzy vocals - damne - the women would go nutz! (we guys liked that part to!) Last time i saw Wilmer do this was a t the Inferno (Glen Park, Williamsville, NY) - it was like this video LIVE! then the Inferno was tourched by the city fathers who deemed black music "subversive". Well, i'm still white and vote Republican....
