forget the soy sauce. use olive oil and balsamic.

I made this tonight. It was absolutely wonderful! The lemon I used was a little too big and I used a little bit too much ginger but it didn't matter much. It still tasted great. Next time I know the portion reductions to use. I did let the dressing sit for about 4 hours so the flavors would combine.
