@Bezzlemayne wrong, LA first started more gangs in the late 70s,80s,90s etc...... LA started so many gangs that the gangs are scattered around the nation. A lot of LA gangs are in the cities of Chicago, NY, Detroit, ATL, Houston etc... Chicago right now holds the most gang membership i believe because half of LA's gang membership is behind bars. LA in the 90's was BIG but years past by and half are in prison or dead. Acitivites still goes in LA but gangs seems to grow back again in LA.
