I happened across the fine demo at NAMM last year at the TC Electronics booth. I'd not heard of Mr. Zaza previously and I like his playing. What I enjoyed was his demeanor, positive, smiling, really enjoying himself and the joy he brought to those watching this mini-show. All the backing tracks were canned, but well orchestrated. I know he has many fans world-wide and hope they will enjoy this performance as much as I did. Rock on!

  • Great gutarest! Holly crap he was sweep picking nice! He reminds me of Eric Johnson, Marty Friedman and Jason Becker. I think I have to get an albem of his that was truelly impressive. I can't belive I haven't herd of this guy before. I love the close ups and enjoyed watching him make that gutar sing!

  • @topps85401 - Agree, he is a fine player and a pleasant surprise that I ran into his demo at the TC electronics booth. It was the only time I'd been to NAMM, otherwise, i don't know if I would have heard any of his music. ~ Jon

  • I have Listen to Neil since i was reading Ted Nugent having Neil open for him and Ted said he was a Guitar Monster I think ! Neil is a Great Player & come on he is always Smiling ! Just like me He Loves the Guitar ! Rock On Neil ! Danny

  • @dannycorser Glad you enjoyed the clip of Neil. He is a fine player. I have a lot of other guitar clips on my channel you might enjoy. Notice you have some good ones as your as well. Cheers, Jonny O

  • Fuck man you haven't hear d of Neil even though you live in LA? He's known as a guitarist of melodic playing, although it's kinda funny to me cause I know that Joe Satriani has done the same ever since he broke the rock scen in 1987 up to this day. Even today his music is more melodic than ever.

  • Well, I believe he lives in Cleveland, not exactly LA or NY or the west coast, so maybe that had something to do exposure-wise. I do read Guitar Player magazine and must've missed a profile of him, which is where you learn about a lot of these unsung players. Neil is apparently huge is Asia and Italy.

  • This guy deserves more recognition!

  • You know what I think Americans have missed many of these great players (many of whom have found loyal followers in Asia) cause they are so full of shitty R & B or rap/ metal crap.

  • Great gutarest!

  • @jongreek he's indeed famous in india, but in italy noone really knows about him...noone really knows about Satriani down here, in fact...

  • @MitchellC that's what I love about Neil- he soooo enjoys playing, and you can see it!!

  • @HiTopProd man u think this is boring? why u watching then? fag....

  • You are right. His career started off in States but he became famous in Asia. Later on he was invited by Cort to start touring in countries of central Europe like Poland and if I am not mistaken Czech Republic and Slovakia. He's been to western Europe several times but many people still do not know about him. This guy has plenty years of on-stage experience and he played altogether with people like Petrucci, Dream Theater and Matt Murphy. Good job recording that stuff during NAMM :) cheers

  • this is awesome!
