    did you see the bolts under the rim that are holding the skin in the video?

    They are 9 for the Quinto and 12 for the Conga...

    You need to tied/loose them to change the sound...

    Ideally you should try to get a G note for the conga and a C note for the quinto, but this depends on the personal preference... what I think is important is to keep the "distance" between the notes that the percussion congas are tuned, don't tune them with a sound too close or too far!

  • I played those and the pearls sound much better. The lp sound too tinny, The pearls have a wooden fibre and made to sound much better. ez
