@jackobcooper The top of the seat also raps around the sides of the drivers head, thats why there are so many pit lane collisions, drivers have no movement in there head and neck.Theres also a window net, theres no way in hell his head hit the window, if it did V8SC would be investigating it.

@MozzarellaCheese69 doesn't mean his head can't hit the window. It probably didn't, but a hans device won't stop your head from hitting the window for example if you didn't have your belts tightened properly.
