I like the idea, but just as an ordinance can be passed, so can it be revoked at the drop of a hat.

I think the Wisconsin State Constitution (taking the annotations found on the online database) pretty well protects our speech. HOWEVER, just because the law protects something doesn't mean the keepers of said law will faithfully implement it.

Constitutions hold back governments; but only if the people keep it shall it be enforced.

The conservatives ruined us as America is in hell. We need to heal from the terrors of the Bush years and heal. Hopefully Obama and the rest of the presidnets before man's extinction do a good job.
