EDIT2: No, his bullet did NOT ricochet off the ramp into the ceiling, it doesn't work, I've tried recreating it.
EDIT3: Possible conclusions are listed below.

A) The host's connection wasn't the greatest.
B) The game may have read the actual bullet projection to Orange 1's body, and not the wall. (This used to happen in Halo 2 all the time)
