Apparently back in 2007 he was able to predict events that wouldn't occur until more than a year later. He predicted the price of Gold rising to 1000 dollars per ounce as much as a year ago, as well as the Dow Jones industrial average falling below 10000.
As far as how correct he is about the future, well... we can only hope he's getting carried away.
