Ashford Joy

This is my 'dream wheel' and I've put my current wheel up for sale so that I can pay for part of this one. This is an Ashford Joy, single treadle-meaning 1 foot pedal. The video's about 2 minutes long but you dont have to watch the entire piece to get the idea, it's the same thing all the way through. I will have you know that I did this after the kids went to bed & I had a splitting headache, after spinning for a few minutes, 5-10 maybe my headache was gone...think of all the $ I'll save on tylenol & therapists by spinning. (btw never seen a therapist; so far the knitting has kept them away)
