Turbo nsx running 8.0psi on a dynapack dyno. There is an audible misfire at 5k rpm, so it is not revved to 8000rpm redline.

  • How much would this kit run and do you think it makes a big difference in performance?

  • @ferrarikingdom 260whp to 418whp... I would say that's a noticeable increase in performance.

  • What caused the misfire?

  • @ferrarikingdom The coilpacks were wet, the nsx has an issue where water can drip onto the rear bank of the V6, and soak the coilpacks. The tuner suggested new plugs, and while swapping them out a fair amount of water and corrosion (on the coilpacks) was discovered. Both issues were fixed, and the car was retuned about a week later (418whp at 8psi).
