  • could you add a cube like this to a regular video in a video editing program? Nice tutorial and thanks for being kind in showing how this is done. I am new to all this.

  • @Timothy2035 yeah.. for that u have to make the plane shadow only then create a uv sphere the color of green or blue make sure its huge and it hold the cube and the plane inside it .. basiaclly the uv sphere will surround the entire thing .. then set the lighting to ambient , render it out as a video and take it in an editing program ... then chromakey and u r done

  • @Timothy2035 sounds like u didnt add soft body

  • Nice tutorial, Shariar. I don't know if the jello is supposed to be extra soft or just supposed to make the jiggly effect, but I had the Friction set to .05 and the Mass to .3 and then adjusted the rotation of the cube around to make it appear more solid and have the jiggly effect simultaneously. I think with jello you can make it as soft or hard as you want it cuz it varies in whatever way you cook it.

  • I know this is a tutorial for making a glowing jello effect, but if you want to have a scene where you drop a TV from like a 40 story building and it hits the ground, you can leave the mass setting at 5. I don't know I just got the idea going lol.

  • @fruitlifecycle P is to play it as like a game, type Alt-A.

  • use bending to bounce :)

  • when i press "P" the cube doesnt fall to the plane, it just stays there floating

  • @shariar1995 oh that sounds simple, but I bet it is not. HAHA! Thanks for the reply. I will see about this when I get all the other things in place that I want to do some films.
