One of Twist & Shout's favorite local bands, Woven Hand, played an hour-long set on Friday, May 13th for a special party for the AIMS people. The Alliance of Independent Media Stores (AIMS), who were having their annual convention in Boulder, joined us for a party and the Woven Hand performance. They came, they drank, they yakked. It was great to mingle with other indie record store owners from across the country. Wovenhand played a brilliant set and while we are sad about 16 Horsepower breaking up, we're excited for the future of David Eugene Edwards and his band. There were a lot of people here, AIMS folks, label people and local fans - it was a huge success, and, once again, made us proud of what we have and where we are.

This music isn`t funny, but damned cool! Always loved Edward`s voice in combination with his guitar style.
