granny shifting

@steveeeeboi very true, tiptronic is really slow on my tsx. still a bit better than having the auto shift around 2500 rpms, nice to rev it out to 5 grand or so.

whats the mods on the gsr

It is nice to have a manual mode, but the problem for me is the gear ratios are almost never the same to the MT counterpart. I drive an 04 TL auto and its only 5 speed vs the MT version which is 6 speed. Also I occasionally drive my friends k swap integra with a short throw and the gear changes are ridiculously fast.

@steveeeeboi i half agree, there's a good bit of lag on the "semi-auto" systems, but it's a nice compromise if you dont want to have to deal with driving stick all the time.
But yea, i could still go for some faster gear changes in the semi-auto systems

@JJaangjaang yep there all hondas

Manual shift on automatic cars sucks IMO. The computer takes too long to decide when to shift after you pushed on the shifter. So far almost every car I've driven with manual shift on an auto, does not compare to the quick response of a manual tranny.

my tsx wouldve murdered this GsR, i was shocked that it even kept up. You didnt use the shift-tronic, u wouldve beat him for sure.

Weight makes a huge difference between those cars and the GSR only had the edge because it is much lighter. Even with 2 ppl in the car I still don't think it comes close to the TSX weight. Not to mention the TSX had 1 person as well. I own a TSX, it is heavy, but quick....if there was a way to reduce weight without losing the luxuries the car would be awesome stock.
