I will not suggest any human leave the protection of this infrastructure after passing the Van Allan Belt, but you can enter any orbit around our sun.
We have a satellite delivery system that produces zero space junk, beyond burnt rocket fuel.
Each launch lifts six satellites and a 213 passenger landing vehicle.

This infrastructure includes five levels of artificial gravity to remove the physical degeneration that prolonged exposure to ZeroGravity (0g) brings.
It is a place for our children to live if an asteroid or a commit etc, hits Earth or global warming makes Earth uninhabitable by humans.

Each HotelsInSpace includes 12 staff units, 72 units with sleeping for three for rent, six cafeterias, six separate ZeroGravity sections, gardens to feed 36 people, internet connection to the world and access to the entire HotelsInSpace.

Depending on others transportation facilities, we feel any time under one week per year will not be usable. Unused time, purchased through PayPal, accumulates and profit share continue.
Owning one day, in one unit, in one hotel when we first open for rent, means when we have 7 HotelsInSpace, you own one week.

Lift 1,000,000 lbs of pre shaped Single Stage To Orbit (SSTO) Heavy Lift Vehicle (HLV). Add booster rockets if the majority vote.
Re use the hard ware, casings, fuel tanks and software in orbit as infrastructure.
Attach 6 used rockets, clean, renovate and place the 36 satellites in their respective orbits.
Do it again, lift another 1200 people, 36 satellites and build another Spaceship.

With 120 NASA shuttle launches, less than four burned during flight.
Less then 35 people die and less than 500 live to tell stories about space travel.

YEA...wel this is awesome, but looking at this the diameter of the spinning part is too small. u need it big or ppl go ill. And when they walk up stairs they will get lighter, going down they willl get heavier.again u neeed bigger diameter. my idea is send loads of expendable pressure fed. ssto's and reuse fuel tanks in orbit join em all end to end in a big circle. much smaller getting heavier down stairs effect. preesure fed, heavy protective tanks.use lox lh2 low density more room in hotel.

@ioan21121221 to see the shape of the expendable rocket casing, look up tasha9503.ca and continue threw the pictures. We went with 3m distance between floors 1, 2 and 3 allowing the gardens or fuel tanks to measure 2m.. we could have went with 4m and 2.7m. Still could before the math is done. How would you shape them? How many launches per one usable piece of orbiting infrastructure? Are the individual pieces of infrastructure attachable, doubling its size?

We can not stop the crime or destruction. We can and are offering you a way out. If human pollution kills Earth, I want to watch it happen from afar.

(^_^) These sorts of projects will generate the revenue needed to fuel the incentives for truely clever and competetive future advancements/engineering which will eventually lead to an improvement in quality of life for everyone. I'm seeing that such advancements will make deeper space living and exploration much more plausible -- just need to fine-tune the energy and shielding issues.

It lifts 6 satellite payloads and a 213 passenger landing craft, to share costs and produce profits. After six launches we have ONE HotelsInSpace. Then we lift six more times with 213 people per launch. We end up with 1278 astronauts and a second HotelsInSpace. So, to produce start up costs, we are selling 85% of Tasha9503.
