  • You want to stay as flat in the water as possible, you should be turning your head more than rolling to do this while breathing, exhale underwater so that your breathing time is minimized and you can quickly return to a flat streamline position. Don't know where this guy learned to swim but he should probably take another lesson or two. Sounds like he learned drills and then quit taking classes.
