@DocStrange0123 Yes in that case datas don't matter. How many people the earth can support? how many more years, decades we have before oil is depleted? or how much more uranium there is left? or... it is none of my concerns. I know that this will come and we will have to face it. This leave us one solution: control population. This is what FAO Chief should promote. But he dares not. It is much better to hide (fore how long?). It is safe at least to say we want to save lives and stop hunger.

@Caramonn ok lets recap: all you were saying is that the priority should be control birth+planet can't support a billion people BUT you don't care about data and yet you were saying that, correct? (lmao). Is not population control that is the problem here, at least not the main problem, yes education is fundamental but... I'm guessing that since you don't care about datas in order to have a view or a conclusion/position on the issue this is futile so ... what kind of ice cream do you like?

@DocStrange0123 I don't care about datas. I care and know that the world can only support a fixed population: 7, 10, 20 billions? There is not enough water, earth, space, air, minerals, land.... for everyone. We must fight to control the population if we want to help hunger, wars, diseases... We must educate. No leader can talk this . Except for China and they face many criticisms. I can tell you people were dying from hunger in China some 40 years ago. Even now they rely on imported food.

@Caramonn oh really? and where do you take you data from? actually with a good distribution of resources (something that does not happen) the planet is perfectly capable of sustaining more than that... limited planet, limited resourses, bad distribution, bad consumtion, bad diet habbits, bad (lots of "bads"") a lot of people not too many... it's way easier to pretend to be an expert about this issues...

@DocStrange0123 All I am saying is that the priority should be control birth first. The planet can not support billion people. The rest is just dream and can not impact on facts: limited planet, limited resources, too many people. But then of course no one can talk this way (not yet in a few decades for sure). It is way easier to pretend we can feed everyone and all have cars, houses, take showers...

@Caramonn so easy to talk while sitting on your well exercised ass isn't it? I wonder what the 1 billion people starving right would say to you about the "then we can talk about blahblah"

The FAO is a rusty bureaudracy whose primary purpose is to perpetuate itself. I spent time there and was brutally disappointed to learn its programs are secondary. This place is run by an African mafia.
Caramonn, you are an absolute idiot. You have no idea what you are talking about.
1)This man has a PhD from one of the best Universities in the World and runs one of the most important organizations in the world (but clearly you know more than he does)
2)Improving Agriculture is the most essential millennium development goal (that's why it's first dumbass) to realizing other goals such as improving education and democracy.
3)Lastly your comment is a joke and sir so are you
