Thank you for the video. It is wrong to trick or force anyone into being sterilized. If the responsibility for feeding children falls on society at large, the government could help by setting a limit beforehand. if you limited family size to three children, accounting for infant mortality, allowing a fourth, you will still have a very robust population growth. All said, Quechua peoples do not need anyone to lead them into a genetic bottleneck or extinction by genocide. They are wonderful.
