Just because children learn faster doesn't mean they can comprehend complex situations or are capable of higher brain function on par with adults. No 10yos worked on the Large Hadron Collider. Combine the fact that their brains aren't yet fully developed with the lack of life experience, lack of sex education, physical underdevelopment, and societal training to always obey adults, and sex with children is inherently exploitative and harmful. It's not even debatable.
