i know this is late but my surgery date is jan 3rd 2011 and i have to start my liquid diet monday the 20 2 weeks before surgery and its going to be hard christmas and new years God bless me

OK first...diggin the bed...thats beautiful! K...now on to your success....WONDERFUL!!! The liquid diet scares me more than anything...well that and having to stop smoking! I think those 2 things will be harder than anything else! Keep the vids coming, your doing so so well and givin me courage to move forward and the strength I need for the hardest parts!

I do suggest everyone going on a liquid diet 2 weeks before their sugery for the simple fact that you have to shrink your live before the surgery. While your on this liquid diet, u get amazing results because you have shocked you body and the pounds will fly right off. Besides that, its only better for your own safetly before surgery.
