It's not science that i doubt. Science is what it is it is neither good nor bad - neither right nor wrong - neither absolute nor obscure. What I doubt are the hearts and desires of mankind, which wants nothing more than to destroy God, using any good gift of knowledge or wisdom he can. The worst part...in the end it isn't God who suffers from man's stupidity, it's man who does. God does not need any of us to exist, but we need Him. Our lack of faith does not make him faithless.

i could say the same thing about you, ill quote the tarantino movie pulp fiction "if you wanna play blind man go walk with the shapard but my eyes are wide open" i could say you just dont want to believe in science and when you are proven wrong you will pull the god can do anything card.(i dont mean you personally but the catholic community)and im not saying we will know everything, im saying the exact opposite, there are always going to be things we dont know, and jumping to the conclusion.....

You make two mistakes in your reasoning. A) you assume that God's hands are tied to our understanding of existence - that it is not possible for God to simply speak, and what He says is so. Rational? No, but possible?? B) You assume (and only assume) that man WILL know this so called knowledge. But doesn't it really truly boil down to this: you DON'T WANT God to exist? From THAT worldview, you and others like you start to find 'proof' to support your desires. That's not science...

also just because something cannot be explained doesnt mean god did it. that just means we donve the knowledge to know yet. 1000 years ago we thought god made the sun "rise" every day, now we know that the earth spins
