it is a powerful video. I feel like the man with the cards. However as nice and beautiful it is to say forgiveness is the answer... Some things you just cant forgive. As much as you might want to. Maybe one day I can forgive you dad, but today is not the day

@headfullofrainbows The faster you forgive, the faster that heavy burden will leave you, it takes a true man to forgive, not to hold it against the person who hurt you. And trust me, 100% of the time the person who does not forgive hurts more than the person who did the hurting. Forgive, no matter how hard it may be, simply forgive, and move on, don't let it effect you anymore!

to be honest i cried ... a lot when the first time i saw this ...

and to be honest with you guys it really reflects to my life. i mean my father neglected me, rejected me, despised me used my love, killed my mother emotionally.

but still I Forgive him because he's my father. and i promise to myself that i would became a great father for my future family

@headfullofrainbows dude, I had to forgive my father...at first it was not for him because I couldn't. It was for me. I had to take out the cancer of rage and anger and bitterness..it helped....it left a void that let me heal. Then I thought, forgiveness is an act of the will...but mercy is an act of the heart. With mercy comes compassion...and the only thing that overcomes hate is love. Want to beat hate, love instead. Not easy, but doable. Just look at Christ on the cross. It's up to you.

you'll get there.. Just remember, forgiveness is FOR YOU not for your father. When we don't forgive (trust me I know), you give the person who caused you pain the power to hurt you all over again.. Be strong. All is well.
