Wow, your ukemi is awful! You wouldn't even pass the first belt in most schools, including jiu jitsu and aikido with that.
But with such horrible higher grade sensei who tell you NOT to keep your knee up and away from your body (as you were correctly doing), instead to collapse it and keep it close thus risking seriously hurting your groin and pelvis from heavy falls, I'm not surprised your ukemi is so bad.
Apart from that, the rest of the grading was fairly good to good.
I agree with jtlandreneau...I am an Anatomy & Physiology instructor as well as an avid practitioner of combat jujitsu. Your knee is much more guarded from injury when bent straight up, as it greatly reduces the shearing force on the cruciate & collateral ligaments...also puts you in a good position to stand up from. Keep smiling, you did a great job. ;-)
whoever criticized your ukemi literally does not have balls. I don't mean to be rude but doing it his way will turn into a bell clapper every time. just come down flat on your foot and not your heel and your good

Well done. I gotta say though, your ukemi waza is fine. From a physics standpoint, you are less prone to injury with your leg bent straight up.
